How to Organize a Gangbang
A lot of people have emailed me over the years about how to organize a Gangbang party and below I will write about the basics on how to do this. Those that are able to do this can expect to be with lots of women. But as an organizer, you will have responsibilities and you will need some group management experience.

Assuming you already have a woman to have the party with. The next step is to first find out what are the requirements for the guys. Most women are specific about the type of men that they want, things like age, body type, looks, race can be important. So that will give you an idea of the team you have to assemble. Second step is figuring out the number of guys. This depends a lot of the woman, I’ve met some girls that are done after couple of guys and some that can have literally dozens.. one time, this hot wife I knew had over 60 guys at the Edgewater Motel in Oakland back when it was a swing club/motel to celebrate her 40th birthday.. since you are the one putting together the party, you should know her level of comfort so you have to manage expectations for both her and the guys as far as time, limits, wants, etc.
Once you have the requirements for the gangbang party, the next step is to find the guys. And this is where it gets tricky.. most guys love to fantasize about being part of a gangbang but most do not have the balls to show up at an event even after giving their confirmations. So rule number 1 when organizing gangbangs with new recruits, assume 2/3 of them will flake and give you the lamest excuses you will ever hear! knowing that in advance, you can then post your ads for guys in sites like gangbangqueens.com, my yahoo group westcoastgangbangs2 or places like the craigslist, backpage, adult friend finder, etc. Once these ads are up, you will get a lot of emails from guys who do not fit the criteria so you can automatically trash them or save their emails for other parties in the future. And out of the ones that are qualify, you factor in the “flake factor”. So if the gangbang calls for 4 guys, then you should invite 12 guys, if 6 guys then 18, and so on.
Once you have the guys lined up, just have a good place to host the party like a nice hotel (I don’t recommend private residences) and have the guys come over for the party. You can ask for a donation for the room, which is would be nice since you are already help providing the pussy or you can ask the guys for refreshments, snacks, etc. There is nothing illegal about having a gangbang party but just make sure people attending are discreet when they come and when they leave to avoid too much attention from the hotel guests or the staff itself. Above all, use common sense when setting up these events.. and although I never had a single bad incident happen in over 12 years of organizing gangbangs, it is better to tell the guys to bring non alcoholic beverages in case someone gets a little too buzzed.

I too have organized many gangbangs and yes finding males is tougher than you might think. Once you draw up teams and keep a mailing list it becomes easier.
One important factor also is the lady. Have a back up. After all you don’t want the guys to show up and find there’s no lady!
Another thing I do is video a short interview with the lady before and after the party to help with the question of consentual activity. Just ask her what she’ll be doing and if she agrees to it.
